Roles & Responsibilities:
As an HR Enrollment specialist, you will be dependable for:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on work requirements.
Conducting telephonic interviews and surveying candidate suitability.
Coordinating interviews between candidates and contracting managers.
Following up with chosen candidates until their joining handle is completed.
Daily Enrollment Activities:
Making 60-80 calls every day to potential candidates.
Maintaining a solid candidate pipeline to fulfill enlisting needs.
Handling numerous work openings over diverse domains.
Sourcing Candidates:
Using work entries like Naukri, LinkedIn, Sparkle, and Creature to discover potential candidates.
Posting work openings and locks in with applicants.
Utilizing social media stages and representative referrals for recruitment.
Screening & Evaluation:
Reviewing resumes to recognize reasonable profiles.
Evaluating candidate aptitudes, involvement, and social fit.
Ensuring convenient and successful communication with candidates.
Client Coordination & Contracting Support:
Understanding client necessities and work specifications.
Aligning candidate profiles with client needs.
Ensuring smooth communication between candidates and enlisting companies.
Performance & Target Management:
Meeting week after week and month to month contracting targets.
Working beneath weight to meet deadlines.
Providing day by day, week by week, and month to month reports on enrollment activities.
Requirements:
To be fruitful in this part, you must have:
A Bachelor’s degree (any field) with earlier enrollment experience.
Excellent communication aptitudes in English and Hindi.
Work From Home setup required
Good information of screening, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
A portable workstation and a steady web association (mandatory).
